CEC representative Sami Kurteshi, that votes should arrive in the CEC mailbox.
“We have to decide on the first issue, which is to make a decision on establishing a commission that conveys posts outside Kosovo, as well as setting the date before the election day for accepting the posts by 7:00x1>, Kurteshi said.
Meanwhile, representative of Arian Elshani and CEC leader Valdete Daka have said the votes should arrive at the postal fah, Post number 6, as they say the law stands for.
