We're in the evaluation phase of the 43 thousand alleged packages that came from the outside. So far we have 41,000 and 236 alleged ballot packages, approved 48 thousand and 725 envelopes with ballot papers, as well as 18 thousand and 766 rejected envelopes”, he said.
Elez also provided details about the recounting process of certain locations.
The “so far in the QNR has been recounted sometime by 70% or 377 deployments from 552, as is their total number following the recent decision of the CEC”, he added.
