Among them, Kurti has said he has no priority for dialogue with Serbia, falling to “countering” with the demands of international friends for quick resumption of negotiations.
The policy-director, Blerim Buryan, in a proposal for Periscope, has said regional and international peace is the priority of the world and the denial of international priorities, has said it could be harmful.
“Deserted or not, peace is more important to Kosovo than anything else. Without peace there is no economic development, or economic development and war destruction, so peace matters as much as the words of our international friends, the US and the EU”, Buryan said.
He has declared that Vetevendosje's current approach is quite confusing, uncertain and quite unclear.
We as a state do not set international priorities, but we are part of international priorities such as peace. We are part of the international order so this is what it is, the other order we cannot do as a small but problematic state for the region. It cannot be fled from the international priority such as establishing international rule security and sustainability”, Buryan said.
Burjani has said that the VV approach to once conducted internal dialogue with Kosovo Serbs and then with Serbia is not in line with international requirements.
Now attempt to avoid international priority in relation to anyone's whims is problematic. Kurti must appoint a dialogueer that should be well prepared and put balance in the treatment of topics with Serbia. The person has to have experience, professional credibility and be a good diplomat, a skilled and creative in efficient proposals that go in favour of Kosovo, but also an international order regardless of what approach Sebria will have or will change anything. It should flee the internal dialogue with local Serbs because they favour more and the demands more easily reach local Serbs than Serbia”, Burjani has declared.
He has said that if dialogue develops with Serbia, then there will be dialogue between the two countries, so that Kosovo will have the opportunity to build valueable and vital mechanisms even for Albanians in the Valley.
According to Burjan, the political reciprocity of topics treatment should be the last, while the first should be the civil political platform for Serbs who, according to Burjan, are almost carried out by the Ahtisaari plan. /Periscopi/
