Brestovci, this connects it to converting diaspora into consumer power.
“Diasspora must be converted into consumers of local products because with this, we local producers would add a consumer power of 500-700 thousand citizens. This is a considerable power, compared to the existing market. This would boost the need for increased production capacity, and therefore increased the need for job opening”, Brestovci said.
Brestovci gets concrete examples about opportunity
“In Germany we have more than 11,000 Albanian firms in Germany, and if these were only to get the work clothes produced in Kosovo, then a factory in Kosovo would operate only for these” firms, he said.
Number 11 on the Social Democrat Initiative list also has a concrete plan, how the state should act in this situation.
“must create the distribution connection link that has not been made yet. Therefore, we must definitely have specialised firms which are specially distributors for export, as well as the state should take models from other states, concrete examples is the Turkish state, which subsidizes export”, Brestovci said.
By contrast, Bekim Brestovci, during his 25-year stay in Germany, has managed to form a total of 11 companies, in which some 1,300 workers work, out of whom most Albanians do. Now, he is seeking citizens' vote, to enable his plan, about creating links between Kosovo and Diaspora, to empower the country, and approaching the exile.
