Ryan also praised the Brazilian public health system for curbing the spread of coronary, but stressed that” is needed to curb transmission throughout the country”.
“Brazili has extraordinary public health institutions. I believe the country knows what to do and many states are trying to implement the best measures. But it is not easy, since there is no part of the country that is not seriously affected by the pandemic”, Ryan stressed.
