According to him, Russian officials have refused to avoid further sanctions on Moscow due to the opposition's undignified treatment of Alexei Navlany, Euronews writes, the Kosovo Clan broadcast.
After a visit to Moscow, Borrell has made a reaction on Twitter, stressing that this is unfortunate and that there will be consequences.
According to him, Europe and Russia are “removed” after a complicated “visit to Moscow, amid which Russian authorities expelled three European Union diplomats.
