At the Counting and Results Centre, today it is expected to begin counting about 31 thousand and 500 votes on bail and about 2 thousand and 800 votes of people with special needs.
So said Central Election Commission spokesman Valmir Elezi, who has announced that today also is expected to begin counting votes that have come through the mail.
Elez has added that the current QNR is becoming the recounting of the locations for which the Central Election Commission has taken decision.
“So far around 88% or 487 locations have been re-counted from 552 to the total number. It is working at best that by the end of today we complete the recount process”, he announced.
Meanwhile, the CEC's voter service on Friday at midnight has completed the assessment process of about 43 thousand and 500 alleged parcels. Of the preliminary results, about 53 thousand and 600 envelopes of ballot papers have been approved, while about 20,000 and 400 envelopes have been refused.
