In Intensive and Half Intensive Care of Neonatology Clinic, 1256 babies have been treated, 512 have been subjected to mechanical ventilation, and 512 other babies have been placed on CPAP Nazal (positive oxygen pressure).
In 160 premature babies, meanwhile, survanta has been applied (the substance not produced in the lungs of premature babies).
