As leaders of the two main state institutions, Hoti and Osmani have attended today's ceremony held before the Government, where the state flag was set up by the KSF's Ceremonial Guard.
Osmani as president's U.d. and Hoti's prime minister in office have led the ceremony.
However, the two that have long marred the reports following Osman's expulsion from the LDK have coolly greeted each other.
