According to preliminary estimates, Kosovo has completed a regular election process. This tells of the democratic culture that has already been placed in election processes, which is fulfilling European standards.
I thank you for your trust. But the preliminary results are all the more I've expected.
Therefore, I take full responsibility for this LDK election result. In the coming days, I will discuss this responsibility extensively with LDK bodies.
I expect the CEC to wrap up the voting counting process and the certificate of results as soon as possible, to pave the way for establishing the country's new institutions.
I will always be grateful for the possibility that the LDK has given me to serve the citizens and will remain the advocate of uncompetitive democracy and pro-Western orientation of the Republic of Kosovo.
The LDK will be a constructive opposition to the interest of Kosovo citizens and the state.
