In this case Hoti has been asked by reporters about the current situation within the LDK and whether he will be a candidate for party chairman.
He has refused to answer with the reason that today is a holiday and should be celebrated.
“Today's party day, have patience, party is, celebrate today, celebrate”, said Hoti before reporters.
While highly praising President Rugova's contribution to Kosovo becoming an independent state, he said Kosovo citizens would be grateful to President Rugova and those who have fallen for the country's independence.
