Arrested Turkish in Pec, falsely claimed that 1,000 euros were stolen.

A 36-year-old with Turkish citizenship with the initials D.E., which late last month had declared to the police that she was the victim of a armed robbery in Pec where two persons had received 1,000 euros, are already being charged with lying statements.

On January 25th, around 22:20, Kosovo police have reportedly taken a case <x0 malbitation” to be on the way to Anaton Cetaway Street in Pec.

According to Turkish citizens, who declared that the day before, on January 24th, had arrived in Kosovo from the “Adem Jashari” airport and from there in a taxi had gone to Pec, where he had later met with two people he had met in Turkey.

According to the victim, one of the two people under gun threat has been robbed of 1,000 euros and a mobile phone. That night, Turkish citizens had been offered medical treatment even though there were no injuries.

During investigations conducted by Regional Investigations Sector investigators who have interviewed five witnesses concerning the case, on February 12th, in full co-ordination with the State Attorney has been able to prove that the Turkish citizen had made false statements.

The 36-year-old with initials D.E., has been arrested by police and the case of the State Prosecutor “Grabbitation “has been named false “Declaration”.
