The trial on the 1902.2021 trial has accepted the request for the withdrawal of an arrest warrant by the Special Prosecutor of the 1902.2021 Special Court on the grounds that based on the Kosovo Police Report on the involvement of suspect Milan Radojciq in the execution of other criminal acts and the fact that since the release of the first warrant, it has not been possible for the suspect to be brought to justice, respectively, in the Special Prosecutor, for technical and tactical reasons for better investigation of criminal acts allegedly involved in the verdicts, Koha says.
The court has further suggested that after reviewing and analyzing the Special Prosecutor's request for the withdrawal of the lawyer to the suspects, it has found that the request is well justified and based on the framework of Article 173 paragraph 3 of the KKPK.
