Armend Muja was involved with genetics: Serbs, Albanians with 60% common backgrounds

The candidate of the Vetevendosje Movement for MP, Armend Muja, in 2018 on his official profile had distributed a report in which the genetic origin of the peoples was analyzed. Such a report, according to the Armend Muja interpretation, found that over 60 % of the Albanian background is close to Serbs. “According to the study, over 60 [...]
Such a report, according to the Armend Muja interpretation, found that over 60 % of the Albanian background is close to Serbs.
After the study, over 60 %s of our genetic background is close to Serbs. Albanians differ from Serbs in high content of R1B DNA (Western Europe) and the lowest weight of Central European DNA. The Albanian genetic origin turns out to be similar to Greek, Sicilians, Serbs and Vlachs”, Muja wrote at the time.
The muja had gone further with interpretation, showing how Serbs share more features with Albanians than Albanians with Serbs.
The secondary message is that Serbs do not turn out to be Slavic compact groups. They share more traits with Albanians than vice versa. This could be an indicator that Serbism and the panslavik notion is social structure”, Muja wrote.
The publication and quotation of such a report was not well received by those who follow the Moja.
One commentator told Muja that such an analysis of the report is amateur and that Muja knows no genetics at all.
“As the administrator of the Albanian DNA Project (Albanian Bloodlines), I can say you have no idea of origin through genetics, or Y-DNA. And I'm very surprised that you've interfered with something that was informed or that you've researched well, and you've given a “analysis” wrong and extremely amateur. To begin with, I suggest that you read this scripture carefully” wrote a commentator.
