Arab League Secretary General Aboul Gheit was quoted as saying that the decision to open the embassy in Jerusalem is to humble legitimacy and constitutes a violation of international laws.
Gheit was then quoted as saying that the fact that Kosovo will open an embassy there does not change the fact that this territory according to him is occupied and that the final solution can only be reached through negotiations.
Otherwise, Kosovo and Israel signed yesterday establishing diplomatic relations with each other, which means that Kosovo agrees to open its embassy in Jerusalem, the territory opposed between Palestine and Israel.
