For 24 years and 6 months, he had been sentenced by the Constitutional Court in Gjakova, Appealy, accused of criminal acts “grave murder” has sentenced him to 30 years in prison.
Until the establishment of the sentence came, since the Court of Appeals concluded that the first instance court has not correctly assessed the extenuating and embarrassing circumstances. Then that he did not take on certain sequenceal circumstances, especially the fact that the defendant has acted violently with his wife, now the deceased V.N., that the criminal act has committed it to her family home, in the presence of family members, that he has deprived his daughter and his life, as well as a host of other circumstances”, the court reports.
The appeal stresses that in this case it has implemented the provision of KPRK Article 42, under which it is envisioned that for criminal acts for which the sentence was envisioned no less than 10 years, or life imprisonment sentences, the court could enter prison sentences of up to 35 years.
