The American International Development Corporation's (DFC), which is also part of the September 4th agreement, has already entered into force.

From the State Department office in Europe, this agreement is described as strengthening US support in developing Kosovo's economy with the creation of new jobs and increased investments.
Today's “Non-investigation strengthens the US commitment to support the development of Kosovo's economy. The DFC's IIA with Kosovo will help mobilise investments that create jobs”, said in response.
At point 3 of the Washington Agreement describes the benefits Kosovo will have from DFC and EXIM funds.
- Kosovo (Pristina) and Serbia (Belgrade) will work with the US International Finance Development and EXIM Corporation, in memorandums of understanding to operate these:
- Peace membership.
- Pristina-Merdare Railway Link
- Nis-Pristina rail line
-Security of finance for credit support required for small- and medium-sized enterprises
- Additional bilateral projects
-Full international in Belgrade, Serbia, the US International Financial Development Corporation.
Adam Boheler, who had signed agreements with the prime minister, Avdullah Hoti, had stayed for the life of the DFC investment in Pristina during September.
In the document signed on September 21, 2020 by Hoti and the director of The DFC, Adam Boyehler, said: “The new Kosovo agreement- The US is expected to provide full access to investment support, provided by the American Finance Corporation for International Development, as well as determine actions related to the Corporation's support for Kosovo projects and their treatment of Kosovo”.
