At a virtual meeting organised by the Diaspora Force ( US Ambassador and friend of Albanians William G. Walker spoke of the necessity of unifying the Albanian diaspora indiscriminately from which part of the Albanian soils descended.
According to Ambassador Walker to this day in Kosovo, the diaspora expert has in particular been ignored, but not the money.
