Monday's evening in Albania has reached a thousand and 170 doses of Pfizer vaccine, but that in the coming weeks the entire shipment of 41,000 doses will arrive as agreed before.
At the same time today, it will begin at the “Air Albania” injection of the second dose of vaccine for persons who have received the first dose, from vaccines donated by an EU state.
Among the first vaccinated will be Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, along with a group of doctors like Nayada Chomo, Mira Rakacolli and Tritan Kalo.
On the occasion of the arrival of vaccines from Pfizer, Rama declared yesterday by Rinas, that expectations are not only in the contract related to Pfizer to receive 500,000 vaccines, but also in other compounds, where closer to an agreement is with the Astrazeneca company. /tch
