According to the reasons this institution has given the two categories that have been denied the envelopes are the people who sent out the ballot papers without being part of the voting list outside Kosovo. This is 8,914 cases.
Out of 11,840 CEC has rejected 5,078 envelopes sent by persons who are not registered as voters outside Kosovo, and another 3,836 sent by persons who have failed to register as voters outside Kosovo during the application period because they have not witnessed the legal criteria. If they say per cent, then it turns out 75.28% of the votes rejected belong to these two categories.
According to the CEC, the other reasons for the refusal concern voters who have submitted ballot papers from twice (908), unidentified voters group vote (1,551) and envelopes sent by voters who have attached non-valide documents for identification; 908 voters have submitted ballot papers from twice (467).
