One thousand 526 dead from COVID-19

According to daily data from the Kosovo National Public Health Institute ( This virus has healed 54 thousand and 231 persons.

Currently in the country are 6 thousand and 791 active cases with COVID-19.

While the Pristina municipality continues to lead with the largest number of positive cases with COVID-19.

“over the last 24 hours, at the Medieval Microbiology Laboratory in IKSCK and private labs with RT- The PCR, in all, has tested 2,388 samples taken by SSKKUK and tracking ground-related contacts, resulting in 290 positive cases. Within 24 hours three cases of SARS deaths were reported CoV-2 positive. Death cases are from municipalities: Gjilan 1 case (53), Kline 1 case (80 years of age) and Rahovec 1 case (73 years of age). The total number of positive cases is 62,548 cases of 252,163 suspicious persons in the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 1,526 cases of death. During the last 24 hours, 189 patients have been cured until the total number of cures to date is 54,231 cases, while the number of active cases is 6,7911x1>, reportedly in the latest IKAK report.

The latest IKSC report shows that 120 positive cases have been recorded in the Pristina municipality, while 25 positive cases have been recorded in Prizren.
