Over 42 percent of citizens voted so far in October 1st Hall

There are five locations, and in the previous hours there has been a greater influx of voters, where some citizens have waited up to an hour to vote.
The voting process has also been enabled to citizens who are sick and cannot go up to polling stations, for these persons the Central Election Commission (KQZ) has created mobile teams that have enabled these patients to vote.
Headed by one of these teams was nurse Xhevahire Arifi, who has said the vote has enabled 41 people, while four others have been left without voting due to serious health conditions.
