37.3% of citizens have gone to the polls by 1600.

The voting process across the country is continuing to be monitored by “Democracy in Action” with the aim of regular public information on the prosperity of this process. Quitting
According to DnV observers' reports, from the start of the voting process until 4: 00 p.m., the release of citizens in the country's election level is reported to be 37.3% (in the error marriage of 0.72%).
The region of Pristina and Ferizaj tops with the highest percentage of voter exits, with around 40%, respectively, even if Serb majority municipalities (about 50%). In the Prizren region, however, there has been the lowest exit compared to other regions.
Respect Against Measures COVID-19 during voting
By 4: 00 p.m., at 70% of the deployments, it has been reported for partial implementation of measures to prevent the distribution of COVID-19 during the vote, while 1% of the deployments these measures are not being respected at all.
In 41% of the deployments, demand to remove the mask for identification needs has been made only partially, while 26% of voter deployments have not been asked to remove the mask at all.
The Most Expressed Regulents
vote with nonvalide documents
As for identifying voters with valid documents, DnV estimates that the CEC's decision to allow expired documents is unusual, ad-hoc and based on a very broad interpretation of the law. This decision has contributed to an increase in confusion among citizens and commissioners and in essence has discredited citizens who were not allowed to vote with the same documents before 1500. This has contributed to this phenomenon being recorded at 22% of domestic location deployments in isolated cases of up to 10 cases.
However, by 4: 00 a.m., there has been no case of non-valid voting at 77% of the polling.
Voters' Challenges in Finding Place
By 4: 00 p.m., to 35% of the polling site, no one was reported for difficulty finding the name on the Voters' List. However, in 49% of the deployments these difficulties have been evident up to 10 cases.
Helpful Vote
By 4: 00 p.m., only 3% of the polling has there been no recorded assistance vote. In the meantime, 66% of the deployments were reported for voting with assistance, which was registered in the Book of Votes, and by over 11 cases. However, cases when the assistance vote has not been registered in the Book of Voting, as the rules define it, have been counted to 15% of the locations in isolated cases (up to 10 cases).
The cases when a person has assisted more than once have been encountered at 6% of the deployments (up to 4 cases).
Vote Photo
By 4: 00 p.m., a slight increase in photographic phenomena is being seen in 5% of the deployments (in 1-4 cases respectively).
Serious Incidents
It was also reported on an incident in the Skyw municipality, where, at the 2101B/04R poll, two LVV monitors stood and the leader rejected the stand of more than one person in class and captured him by pulling out one of the monitors. The police have reacted.
DnV calls on citizens to exploit their right to vote now when there are three hours to end the deployments.
DnV asks the Commissioners that, despite the long lines that were created at polling stations, allow all citizens to exercise their right to vote.
