17-year-old Suhareka sexually raped in her home

The case has been confirmed by Kosovo Police spokesman for the Prizren region, Sabana Osmanolliaj.

Osmanolaj has said the suspect has been detained in holding for 48 hours, until the victim has been sent to the Legal Medicine Institute for medical examination.

With the date 02.02,2021 about 0600 S.P. Suhareka has reportedly been victimized with her parents and claims that while the minor was alone at home, she was allegedly sexually violated by a suspected person. The serious crimes prosecutor has been informed of the case, as has the investigation and regional investigation unit been announced and are proceeding with the case. By order of the prosecutor the suspect has been detained in custody for 48 hours, while the victim has been sent to the IML for medical examination”, Osmanolaj said.
