The count and result centre is continuing to count the votes coming from the diaspora.
According to the latest QNR data, 16730 votes were counted until yesterday.
Of the total number of votes, 11788 have been approved, while 4942 have been refused.
The reasons for refusing votes are different. 1618 voters have been rejected in the course of the application, 182 have been rejected after sending their ballots twice.
696 votes have been rejected due to unidentified voter status or because of group voting.
Also, 274 cases of rejection have not submitted valid documents, and the rest of the 2172 have not applied in the set period for application.
According to the CNR, the largest number of votes is being refused because some families have put votes in the same envelope.
The number of votes from the diaspora will continue until their conclusion since election results are expected to be certified.
