In the report of the Kosovo National Public Health Institute ( The IKPK, it is known that by now a thousand and 53 citizens have died as a result of COVID-19 infection.
And another 52 thousand and 621 have recovered.
While there are currently 6 thousand and 376 active cases with the Corona virus in the country.
“over the last 24 hours, at the Medieval Microbiology Laboratory in IKSCK and private labs with RT- The PCR, a total of 2,192 samples taken by the SSKKUK and tracking ground-related contacts, resulting in 282 positive cases. Within 24 hours, five cases of SARS deaths were reported CoV-2 positive. Death cases are from municipalities: Gjilan 1 case (72), Lipjan 1 case (71), Pristina 1 case (87), Prizren 1 case (84 years of age) and Ant 1 case (76 years). The total number of positive cases is 60,500 cases of 235,724 suspected persons in the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 1.503 deaths. During the last 24 hours, 184 patients have been cured until the total number of cures to date is 52,621 cases, while the number of active cases is 6,376”, said the latest IKSHPK report.
The positive cases are from the municipalities: Pristina 96 cases, Prizren 48 cases, Podujevo 19 cases, Ferizaj 16 cases, Fushe-Kosovo 13 cases, Peja 13 cases, Drenas 10 cases, Mitrovica 10 cases, Rahovec 10 cases, Gjakova 8 cases, Lipjan 7 cases, Skenderaj 6 cases, Gjilan 5 cases, Suhareka 5 cases, Cline 4 cases, year 3 cases, Kacanica 2 cases, and one case case against Decana municipality, Malishev, Ranillou, Shkurje and 1 case.
