At this ceremony, Ishmael handed the mandate to President Aliu, and he once wished him success in running the Shtime Community for the next four years.
In the case of the mandate's surrender, Ismajli congratulated Chairman Aliu and his associates and said he handed over this task by congratulating health and many successes in the direction of the municipality and in the continuation of programme implementation and projects in the best interests of the citizens of the Development Community.
On the other hand, the President-elect of the Black Town, Qemajl Aliu, has thanked Chairman Ishmael for the current work of the Development Community government.
We remember that Aliu immediately after the results, his victory had seen Shtime's release -- a statement that prompted numerous reactions in Kosovo.
