“at 10:00, the president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, relying on its constitutional and legal competencies, at a special promotional ceremony, the Jasar Union, in the rank of Lieutenant General”, is said at the Presidency's announcement.
Yasar has accepted the post of KSF Commander General on December 1st.
