The Labour Inspectorate has found there have been numerous violations in the selection of the Kurti Union in the position of Mitrovica Waterwork chief chief.

Initially through procedures and then because Kurt has not met the terms of the competition to enter even the narrow list of candidates.

In the document provided by the North.info from sources within the company, the violations that have been made in the process are found in detail, as well as the Inspectorate's decision to annul the chief's election.

The Regional Water Company “Mitrovica” had announced competition for chief executive chief on August 12th of 2021, where the Acting Board had elected the Union candidate Kurti to this position.

A complaint to this decision has been made at the Labour Intectorate by other candidates, Aladin Avdulahi, Naim Hajdini and Demir Shala.

The Labour Institute after reviewing complaints has acknowledged that candidate Alajdin Avdulahi's complaint was based on his failure to select him in chief position.

Avdulah has handed his complaint to the inspectors on October 25th 2021, following the decision of the Acting Board of Directors of October 12th 2021 for the selection of Union candidate Kurti to the position of head of KRU “Mitrovica”.

The Online Northeast newspaper.info has secured the decision of the Labour Inspectorate through which it states that the Acting Board of Directors has been in violation of the Union candidate selection procedures Kurti in chief position.

According to this official report of the Labour Inspectorate, the Acting Board of Directors first had to take written tests for candidates who met the competition criteria and then continue with the oral interview, so the Board acted contrary to the provision of Article 10 of Administrative Management No. 07/2017.

Following written procedures and oral interview, the Board has been obliged to submit to all candidates the final decision of candidate selection, which has mostly points from written tests and oral interviews.

The Labour Institute has also found that the Early Board has made a violation by selecting the Union's candidate Kurti in the position of chief after the latter has failed to meet the competition criteria, where the criteria have been to have university degrees in the launch of business management, economy, finance, engineering, or the company's field of action, so the elected candidate Union Kurti has graduated from AAB management criminalist and Master Arts College in Management and Information.

Based on these Labour Inspectorate on 26.11.2021 has warned the CRU's Interim Board of Directors “Mitrovica” that in the three-day term it abolish the decision to elect head-in-chief Kurti and reconsider all procedures since the competition closes.
So keep a written test and oral interviews with only candidates who have met the competition's terms.

A similar decision has not yet been implemented, and the Union Kurti continues to exercise the post of chief executive head of KRU “Mitrovica”.
