White House: President Biden looked Putin in the eye, told him, and you'd see if he invaded Ukraine.

The White House has declared that President Joe Biden has told Russian President Vladimir Putin at yesterday's meeting that the US was willing to launch strong economic measures if Russia invades Ukraine by signaling that these new measures would pose a heavier blow than [...] sanctions.
I'm gonna look into your eyes and tell you, like President Biden looked Putin in the eye and told him today, that the things we didn't do in 2014, we're ready to do now,” national security adviser Jake Sullivan spoke to reporters after the Biden-Putin call, reports CNN, Periskopi.
Over the past few weeks, Russia has made military preparations to invade Ukraine, told it CNN's two sources close to American intelligence.
And recent findings of American intelligence estimate that Russia could begin military offensive in Ukraine for several months after gathering 175 troops to the border.
Sullivan has said the administration still believes Putin has not decided whether to launch military offensive against Ukraine.
