Kosovo's Hydrometeorology Institute has announced that minimal temperatures will range between 3-4 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is set to move between 8-9 degrees Celsius.
The average-to-high rain is expected in Gjakova, Yunik and areas around the two countries. It's gonna blow from the northeast direction at a speed of 1-7m.
