To the accused, the court will issue an ordinance for conduct in court through police.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina on July 2, 2018, has filed charges against J. S, with the argument that he committed the criminal work “Canning” by Article 185, paragraph 4 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
According to the indictment, the defendant, on February 28, 2018, in the village of Small Town Lipjan, has seriously injured B.S., with dangerous tools, causing fear of life and anxiety in the damaged.
