He has expressed resentment at the opposition over the failure of an international agreement between Kosovo and the United States in the field of education, calling it a hybrid Russian struggle.
Looks like Mr. Ramaba has forgotten the opposition time of the Vetvendosje subject, which was run and headed by Albin Kurti, and the restructuring shown in relation to national interest deals.
He has not provided any evidence of why he considers this to be a hybrid <x0) fight.
