Vuciq visits Tirana on 20 December under “Open Balkan”

The initial meeting of “Open Balkan” is held in November in Belgrade, and at that meeting Vuciq has declared that a memorandum of understanding regarding work permits will be signed in Tirana, writes B92.

The agreement implies work permits issued by the three participating states of “Open Balkan” and will be valid in Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia.
