They are:

1-A common and free labour market between Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia.

2nd Establishing a joint electronic connection scheme for citizens in the Western Balkans.

3- Intergovernmental Agreement between Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia for co-operation in the field of veterinarianism, food security that wins in the Western Balkans.
4-Agreement Albania-Serbia for mutual recognition of the economic operator for security (AEOS).

5-Agreement Albania-North Macedonia for mutual recognition of the economic operator for security (AEOS).

Keeping the Regional Forum for Agriculture and Regional Co-operation is also planned.

Conclusions of this Balkan Open meeting will be made public by Prime Minister Edi Rama, North Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq around 13:00 Tuesday.
