Vokshi: We had reports of incidents ordered by Rama and Basha

The chairman of the Election Operations Organising and Control Commission, which deals with the voting process, Albana Vokshi, has announced that by 11:30 p.m. they have voted throughout the country 11 thousand and 680 Democrats for ratification of the December 11th assembly's decision to sack Lulzim Basha.
