Prior to that, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen also spoke of the world as warning of the quietly climbing “ “and fear for a group of people to take power.
She has proposed that hate speech be included in the crime list, follows Periscopi.
Summit directors seem to have accelerated Mr. Osman her speech.
Meanwhile, Kosovo president said:
I speak to you from one of the newest and most vivid democracies in the world. Kosovo soon celebrates the 14th anniversary of Independence, but we have fought authoritarian regimes for much longer than that... As our founding father [of the state], Ibrahim Rugova, the Republic stands on three pillars: freedom, independence and democracy. Kosovo today continues to flourish... “
