Honored Lady President of the Republic of Kosovo

Your Honor. Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo,

Your Honor. Speaker of the Republic of Kosovo Assembly,

Your Honor. Republic of Kosovo Health Minister and

Your Honor. Chairman of the Committee of the Year

I am Jamie Rexhepi from the village of Juiti, the municipality of the Year, the Republic of Kosovo. I was a member KLA and I'm very proud of it, but now I've been in a fit of 13 years and lying in bed. I've been operated several times, I have two amputated legs, and I'm stabbed in my throat with a traustom tin under the guidance of the aspirin device, which only works with electricity, and I'm also able to fix my bed. I'm in very serious wounds under the care of medical therapy every day.

As representatives of higher state institutions, I ask you to take special care of such cases so that we don't at least have electricity reductions, because my life depends on electricity, my life is at stake if I don't have energy, despite the maximum difficulties I have in getting out of the day, but if I face electricity shortages, my life is in danger every minute. I address you publicly so that I can't face electricity reductions and be careful of those who are marked by such health conditions, since my life depends on the presence of electricity, these winter days with large temperatures.

Honestly, Jamie Rexhepi, village of Zhiti, KK-Viti!
