A major protest has been held in Albania, called by former Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
The aim of this protest was to counter the visit of Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, who participated in the framework of the “Open Balkans” meeting.
Part of this protest was former Kosovo Assembly President Melihate Trmcoli.
Trmolli on Rubik's show in Klan Kosova said it was among the first people to mobilise to stop Vuciqiqi from going through the Jashar family cemetery.
“Pos a protest we organised in Kosovo two or three years ago, when Vuciq came to Kosovo and wanted to pass through Yashar graves. I'm one of the first people I've opposed, and not only I've let you know that Vucinsky is going to two villages in Skenderaj”.
And I sort of organized it that we couldn't stop it up there in the north at least at least not get us through the graves of the Yashars, and luckily people got organized and I was there”
