Tragic accident in Bulgaria, expertise: Banks on the highway breaker were accidentally placed

The Institute for Road Safety has authorized an international audience to carry out an impartial expertise of the situation where 45 people lost their lives and 7 others were hurt. “From inspection it has been found that the road protection banks were not installed by standards. Numerous accidents have occurred in the accident area during which protective fences have been damaged. In this case, in the middle compartment tape, we can see there's a reinstallment of the object. There must have been an accident in the same area. The bank owner was wrongly mounted with two screws instead of four. That is why the protective fence has been broken despite the low speed the bus has hit. It has been found that signs are missing, as well as signs damaged”, have been said by the Institute for Road Safety in Bulgaria.
