Target reciprocity respected: Serbian stickless license plates move Kosovo streets

Otherwise, under the agreement reached in Brussels, citizens entering within Kosovo's territory from Serbia should be equipped with sticky or sticker letters to cover Serbia's state symbols on their car plates.

The agreement will be implemented over a period of six months, until a solution is found.
