According to lawyer Selimaj, the plaintiff has initially been obliged to preamble the indictment to seek to ease the damage, and that Lekaj in his statement has only told the plaintiff's reasons for cutting off the suiter's work and that no direct charges have been filed with the intent of denigration or damage to the image.
Even the representative of the Gjakova municipality, Vjollca Shyti, stated that based on the Apel's act of decision, she considers the conditions to be considered illegal have been met.
Afterwards, Judge Besnik Bislimaj said that by adhering to the direction of the Court of Appeals, who have asked that the date of Lekaj's statement be confirmed accurately and since by the report, the plaintiff has not been able to clarify the date and day of the declaration in the show, has obliged the plaintiff to do the fine in 15 days.

On the other hand, the indictment says that this statement by Lekaj to the national media RTK, the seal, has caused great material and moral damage and that Lekaj's statement was inaccurate and uncontested.
By this indictment, Voula had asked the then Communist Court in Gjakova to force Paul Lekaj to stop the slander so that such slanders could not be repeated and to attract this slanderous information.
The seal through the indictment had demanded from Lekaj and the Gjakova municipality as objectively responsible, in order to solidise the plaintiffs' material and moral damage caused by slander to many of the 1m euros, as well as procedural spending.
