The specialised prosecutor hands over preliminary file in case to Thaci, Veselin, Selimi and Krasniqi

According to Kosovo's Specialised Chambers and Specialised Prosecutorship website, the pre-procedure paper, signed by specialised prosecutor Jack Smith, has been handed over to Prosecution Court Nikola Giju on December 17th of this year.
The preliminary document contains an up-to-date list of witnesses and prosecution evidence. As it said, the prosecution has drawn a witness from the preliminary list submitted on 22 October of this year.
On March 17th 2021, the prosecution noted that on March 17th, the prosecution has presented over 300 proposed facts agreed to have to be taken into account by the defence, and that to date the protection of Jakup Krasniqi has been reconciled with four concrete facts concerning the accused's history.
