In a media communiqué by Kosovo Customs it becomes known that customs officers at the point of the Merdare border crossing have exercised control in a bus, where they have even managed to prevent a considerable amount of goods that were carried by one of the travellers.
The amount of goods clearly shows the goal of redo by trying to avoid customs duties. The found goods were cosmetics over 20 kilos, bags, and mobile phone accessors. The goods are subject to immediate seizures, as well as to the person responsible, have been initiated procedures for anti-invention of customs”, said the communique.
