There was no quorum for the vote of the Memorandum of Understanding between the US Embassy, Pristina, Kosovo and the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Kosovo Innovation for the Fulbright Academy Exchange Programme.
60 votes were for this deal, three against and no abstention.
Chief Parliamentary Glauk Konjufca said that since the amendment has not been voted, no agreement continues.
“There has not been enough quorum for voting this agreement, 60 votes have been for this agreement, three against and no abstention. Amandament has not been able to vote, so we don't continue with the agreement either, because there must be quorums on this matter”, Conjufca said.
