This collection included a wide range of titles in various languages reflecting Mr. Maliqi, including publications from art and Byzantine history, social science, politics, literature, and various publications on the region and Kosovo.
The library's Catalogation and organization, as well as Mr. Maliqi will be realised under the “Public Archivist” project, which stimulates the creation of a library, archive and digital collection of photographs and documents in several areas pertaining to Lumbardi research and opens to the public in stages during 2022.
The “Public Archivist” project will also support the interaction of Lumbard researchers with cultural, scientific and dedicated communities of all generations to develop a joint public fund from what is owned privately. This common knowledge will be shared with researchers and interested in digital spaces and those used by the Lumbarki Foundation and its partners, in the form of primary resource, as well as programmes, the publishing conversations that emerge from them and document aspects of Prizren's modern history and the region for the public.
All interested in sharing material, private archives, or books can address the Lumbardi Foundation team in [email protected]. Thanks to our partners. P YOU are interested in the temporary accommodation of the collection. “Public Archivist” is launched as a project with the support of the International Federal Office of German Foreign Affairs Assistant Fund, the Goeth Institute and other partners”, the report says.
