Sentenced to 14 years in prison and 4 thousand euros fine extradited by Italy for the 2013 robbery

Defendant B. N., charged that “on June 09th 2013, in Gjakova, in the sports book “E. L.”, with force using the defendant F. G., attacking the injured now at the late F. P., by the same amount, they make money in the amount of two thousand (2000).

The same has been on the run for two years and was later extradited from Italy to Kosovo.

Defendants B.N., citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, who, under the preamble of Constitutional Prosecution

In Gjakova, charged with criminal offence, “Grabija”, a disunited work with the Penal Code of

The Republic of Kosovo.

The Chairman of the Justice Department of the War Crimes Department, Sacir Zika, found him guilty.

Criminally and pronounced prison sentences of fourteen years and

$4,000 ($4,000) fine.

Now injured by the late F. P., by the same amount, they make money in the amount of two thousand (2000).

Defendant B. N., was on the run until 2019, then extradited from the Italian state.

Against this bias, the parties have a right to a complaint in the 15-day deadline of 15 days on

Day of acceptance of the written act.
