Immediately after 4: 00 p.m., when a large portion of citizens complete their work schedule, traffic in the capital is blocked.
Because of power cuts in various parts of the city, even traffic lights are not functioning.
Citizens show they have remained trapped in the streets of Pristina, in the midst of a chaos that is not being resolved.
