This has happened to Mrs. Merita Crosa-Sadrik of Ferizaj, who has failed to hire at the bus station even though she had been most qualified, and whose scores were illegally damaged in two forms of testing.

After a complaint at Ferizaj's Labour Inspectorate, as rarely NPL “The bus station” in Ferizaj was fined 500 euros for violations, and both positions were resurfaced.
The contest was respalled and the lady in question had applied again, but officials seemed to not reflect and, according to her, decided to perfect manipulation methods by not guaranteeing equal conditions for applicants and selecting the preferred candidates, as in the first competition, cancelled by the Inspectorate.
The applicant once again makes a complaint to the company, after which she receives a scandalous response, which even threatens her with indictments [as they say of slander and insults], trying to intimidate and repel her legally guaranteed right to complaint with competent organs.
