The possession of this drug will be legal for those 18 years of age and upward, and the cultivation of up to four cannabis plants will be allowed at home.
The vote in favour of legislation in the Montenegrin parliament on Tuesday will be followed by the president's signing, reports The Guardian, translates Periscopi.
The move on the part of Malta, which is the smallest state in the EU, is expected to be followed by reforms across Europe during 2022.
